Dura-Lift Hardware Products Return Policy (Excluding Motorized Storage Systems)

Dura-Lift Hardware Orders can be returned with no questions asked within 30 days of the original order date. Customers will pay for return shipping (except for damaged or incorrect product) and their original payment method will be refunded in full once the goods have been returned. All returns should be sent to our Kentucky warehouse at the below address:

For orders placed 30 days or more in the past, DURA-LIFT Door Hardware® reserves the right to approve the return based on the circumstances. There is no guarantee that these requests will be approved.

 

Dura-Lift Elevate Motorized Storage Systems Return Policy

 

Dura-Lift Elevate™ motorized and overhead lift products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided the product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all components, hardware, and manuals included.

Due to the oversized, freight-shipped, and motorized nature of these products:

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Products must be securely packaged to the same standard as received

Products that have been installed, assembled, wired, modified, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return.

Any damage or defect must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photo documentation. Verified issues will be resolved through replacement parts, replacement units, or warranty service, as applicable. Visible freight damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery.

All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment. Refunds are issued after inspection and approval and processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, less applicable fees.
