Coverage Dura-Lift warrants Torsion and Extension springs against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation. A "cycle" is defined as one full opening and one full closing of the garage door. Coverage is as follows:

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using Dura-Lift Hardware products (“Products”), the purchaser and/or end-user (“User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
2. Safety Warning and Professional Installation
WARNING: Garage door springs (torsion and extension) and related hardware are under extreme tension. * Professional Installation Recommended: Dura-Lift strongly recommends that all springs, cables, and drums be installed by a trained garage door technician.

Warranty Coverage
Dura-Lift Hardware warrants to the original purchaser that Dura-Lift Elevate™ motorized lift systems and related components shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
At its discretion, Dura-Lift Hardware will repair, replace, or refund the defective product. Any replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
The Dura-Lift "Confidence Window"
To ensure a premium experience, if a manufacturing defect is identified and a claim is authorized within the first 90 daysof purchase, Dura-Lift Hardware will cover standard ground shipping costs for replacement parts within the continental United States.
Eligible Use
This warranty is valid only for products used for their intended purpose under normal residential indoor conditions. Use of the product in commercial, industrial, or rental environments voids this warranty unless specifically authorized by Dura-Lift Hardware in writing.

Technology & Compatibility
As technology evolves, Dura-Lift Hardware cannot guarantee that replacement parts will be compatible with discontinued products, legacy control systems, or third-party smart-home applications. Integration with non-Dura-Lift systems is not covered under this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
