We want to get you your garage door parts as soon as possible! That’s why we make every effort to process your order within 24 hours so you can put your garage door to good use sooner. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Deliver By" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by UPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

​We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us directly for Alaska, Hawaii or international inquiries. Title to and risk of loss of product passes to you upon delivery of the ordered items to UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, please always provide a physical address.

At this time, all DURA-LIFT Door Hardware® torsion spring orders are shipped from either our Leitchfield, KY or Phoenix, AZ warehouses. This does affect delivery timeliness for certain orders, which could take up to 5 business days to deliver once order is shipped.
